  • Georgia was a blast...

    I went to Gainesville, Georgia last week to visit family and do a few family tattoos.
    The flights were short and easy. Met a neat lady by the name of Sharon, on my second flight. We had a 3 hour discussion about life, religion, beliefs and things of that nature. Hope here journey back to the ATL was a successful one. Once I landed I was scooped up by Jeff and we were off to a 3 story family filled house.

    This is where we stayed... a family friend was kind enough to let us stay here for the duration of my visit.

    Opened my tattoo travel case to find this...

    My Auntie Diane is an incredible human being.
    She laughs and smile a ton...

    Tattooed my cousin Charlie and his wife Amanda the second night I was there... I need to get a better pic of Charlie's tattoo but here is a descent shot...

  • A Whole Lotta Blogging....

    I've been working a lot lately. Feels good to be constantly creating and moving forward.
    Been focusing on pushing myself, artistically and spiritually, in a much needed positive direction. Much breathing and practicing of relentless patience.

    I finished a painting entitled "V" for some signed and numbered 11x17 prints. Thank you to Greg over at Steadfastprinting.com. You Rule!!! Also, been tattooing a bunch. Enjoy the pics below. In progress and finished pieces for your visual enjoyment.

  • A rush of blood to the head...

    I was fortunate enough to have a couple pieces in the Shimmer & Rot art show at the Rothick Art Haus in Anaheim last month. Big Toe(below) was the main attraction.
     My pieces are the two smaller ones on the sides.
     Started and finished this piece a week or so ago. Prints?.... yes
     I went to SF a couple weeks back to drop off some artwork and visit some friends. I only went for the day/night. Went to Skull & Sword and Everlasting tattoo.
    Had a mushroom burger from a place called B3 on Valencia near 23rd. Had a beer at Tornado bar.
     Went to Mike G's Skullz press and hung with Mike, Derick and a few other friends.
    Mike n I hit a great breakfast spot before I jumped on the Bart and headed back home.

    Tons of great things have been happening in life, love and work.
    I have a couple new paintings in a show at the Rothick Art Haus in Anaheim.
    The opening night is Nov. 13th 7-11pm.

    My wife and I had a blast on St. Patty's Day.
    We even hung out with a clown in a coffin.


    Visited my cousins piano bar in the LBC the other night.
    It's called Sgt Pepper's Dueling Piano Cafe.
    Went there for my brothers girlfriends bday. Had tons o' fun.


    Even went into hyper-space to get home in a jiff.
    That was the fanciest limo I have ever been in.




    The most amazing woman in the world is my wife.
    She is the best and makes me smile all of the time.

  • A whole lotta ketchin-up...

    Been spending a lot of time lately in my head...
    ...lost in thought and ideas.
    Haven't blogged much lately... I'm not much of a "blogger"...
    ...but sometimes its fun to put your own ideas out there for people to touch and smell.
    Saw Doomriders a few weeks back... So heavy and incredible live.
    Before Doomriders Kyle and I hit up the Getty Museum...
    ...then ate at the Veggie Grill.
    Beautiful clouds on the way to work via PCH...
    Great food plating at my wife and I's favorite sushi joint...
    ...we have our own chopsticks there... WOOO HOOO!!!
    It was national clam chowder day sometime back...
    My sis and I stuffed our faces with this mess... Mmmmmm
    Found a new vegan/veggie joint in HB/FV on Edinger near Beach Blvd...
    The name of the place is MitAsie 3... 6 out of 5 stars... seriously.

    ...and I ended up with the raddest fortune ever...

    and at Haight Ashbury Tattoo from Dec 2-3rd.

    My wife and I love Halloween and fall.
    We get to decorate and get dressed as a monster couple every year...
    This years costumes will be way rad and fun. I will post pics of our costumes for sure.
    Oh yeah BBC Radio1 Rocks!!!

    Got to see some beautiful sunsets this past week.

    Teeth molds RULE!!!

    Made paper mache masks with my bro and hung with more fam and friends.

    My wife made a killer veggie pizza...



    Ate an awesome dinner at Beachwood BBQ...
    it was fancy as the dishes were paired with beers from The Bruery.


    Had a creative melt down on Sunday and got super sick a couple days after that. Ick!!!
    Bouncin back is better than a bouncy hayride with candy and midgets.
    Waaaay stoked to be alive and feelin creative.
